Apply two coats over Bottoms Up (or any base coat); finish with Wet Bottoms (or any top coat). Play with one-of-a-kind shades by applying over or under other Pleasing Polish colors. Remove the round cap if you prefer to apply the polish with the narrower handle underneath.
